Dear Principals and (or) Heads of Departments, Group Leaders,
Greetings from IIIT, Hyderabad!
We are pleased to announce that renewal of the annual ExOR (Excitement of Research) workshop at our Gachibowli campus, Hyderabad on 6-7 March, 2020 (Friday & Saturday) (postponed -- date to be announced). The annual ExOR is meant to excite deep interest in the engineering community (current students and young industry engineering professionals), encourage them to take up research both in academics and in their career. ExOR aims to put on display research activities of IIIT-H in diverse areas of technology, engineering and sciences and provide a platform for the participants to rub shoulders with these researchers and also hear about their on-going projects.
Spot applications to IIIT-H programs (MS by Research and PhD) will be taken from participants who show promise and interest, based on these interactions.

Activities planned for the nineth ExoR include:
- Keynote addresses by eminent faculty
- Research presentations and interactive sessions
- Sessions on relevance of research in the Industry
Talks on applied research use cases
- Exposure to contemporary research at IIIT-H
- Demonstrations of some of IIIT-H’s ongoing research at the R&D showcase
Visit to the Research Labs

Applications will be screened and selected participants will be invited. There is NO registration fee.
For the out-station participants, on-campus accommodation will be arranged(not chargeable).

To the Principals and HoD's: Here is what you can do to enable your students to attend ExoR-2020. Please inform your pre-final year undergraduate and Masters students from your college's CSE, IT and ECE departments, and also any student who might be interested in joining research programmes at IIIT-H.

|
To Team Leaders in industry: Please encourage your team members or colleagues in your organization to apply and participate.
